I upgraded to sky sports over the automated service yesterday morning and still have not received confirmation or receiving the channels. When I call 150 it still says my order is being processed and I do not need to do anything. It has never taken this long to upgrade before. Any help would be appreciated.
As per Virgins notices regarding the COVID crisis, the offshore call centres are closed with the UK ones operating at restricted capacity. As a result all requests are taking longer than normal. The advised wait for online upgrades has always been 24-48 hours, even before the virus broke out.
