Sky sports had not available

I have sky sports but not had and have not changed anything in my contract why have they gone

Hi Stuart,

What message do you see when trying to access the Sky Sports channels?

Have you tried rebooting the set top box?

You can try and force a channel update by using your remote control. Press HOME Help & Settings > Help > Virgin T> go up to the top of the screen then TV Care and press OK >  Missing Channels.? > Refresh my channels list
