Sky movies on demand not playing on main V6 box in living room that is connected via Ethernet to router. Upstairs V6 box is playing sky movies on demand. Called on Sunday 27/9/20 after numerous unanswered messages and persuaded that this shall be resolved within 24 hrs by a specialist team. This is now 1/19/20 and further unanswered messages and my on demand sky movies is still not working.
Ok, so not a dropped internet connection then. Two possibilities jumping out at the moment.. I'm assuming that live TV is ok.
1: Box shows connected but behaving as though it isn't (odd and unlikely, but not impossible) - in that same network connection screen, in the top-left it should report the date & time of the most recent network connection, which should be in the past 6ish hours. What does it say? And can you load/user apps like YouTube or iPlayer?
2: The TV that you're having problems with - is it a 4K TV by any chance? And the TV that's working, isn't? If so... what is the make & model? Have you tried your V6 connected to another HDMI port on said TV?
