I have tried to add Sky Sports to my package but I have never received a email to verify this but when I phone it says its in progress, this is been since Monday 27th July Should it take this long
I'd have thought 24-48 hours is about right for anything submitted online, which it sounds like this was.
Anything added over the phone with C/S should be virtually immediate. Can you view the channels ok? 501-509 if you're paying for HD, 511-519 if not.
