I signed up over the phone a week ago to add sky sports - as I'm unable to do it via the Tivo or Online. Did this on the automated system as it gave me an offer.
I'm now unable to ring to check this as I just get told "my order is in process, and theres nothing for me to do".
I've had no email confirmation and cant find anything online.
How long is the process normally ?
Regrades made over the phone usually happen immediately.
If a regrade/addon is perofrmed using any other method it usually updates within 48 hours as it has to be input manually.

I'd imagine after a week, this should have been done.
You can try following Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > "I'm missing some channels" which will refresh your channel list.
If that fails, I'd call C/S and check.
