Sky Sports half price for 12 months offer via email dated 22/11/19

Hi, I have received this email offer today however when I click on the link in the email I am advised that the offer is not available to me!

The email comes from 

From: "Virgin Media" <email@vmemail.virginmedia.com>
 
 
Is this a legit email address?
 
If so why send the offer out only to find it is not available?
 
Can anyone help?????

All looks legit, these emails tend to be just sent out en-mass.

Ok, so if the email and the linked website are legit why would the offer not be available to me?
