I paused my sky sports subscription and had the amount credited to last months bill. Just had this months bill and there has been no credit and it says my last bill was overdue by the amount credited. Anybody else had this? I've filled out the form again as I noticed they were doing it for BT sports now also, and the bt credit was immediately applied but the skysports one wasn't?
Probably the best way to get account details checked if you have still been unable to get through on the phones or Live Chat on the Web. Is to send a text to this number 07533 051809 with details of the issue. Might take a while for a response but might be quicker than the other options.
