Hi, upgraded to sky cinema today, channels working fine but cannot access on demand content as it says I need to upgrade my package. Have reset router and box. Any tips or do I need to call customer services?

Can you try... Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > "I'm missing some channels".
I know you can view the channels already, but it's something else to rule out.

Have you been able to access the Sky Cinema on demand content that you subscribe to since your post?
