Keep getting errors when trying to watch Catch up or On demand, : programme temporarily unavailable, the wheel of doom, Unavailable to show at the moment (C501).Broad band keeps stopping all this has been going on for at least 6 months , I try to ring help line get told I might have to wait an hour can't sign into my account keep getting Page has Expired so I have signed up to this in the hope of getting some help

What is going on at VM ?

Now I get a letter saying my contract price is going up ! You got to be joking

Which TV box do you have? If you're not sure, check here

Follow Home > Help & Settings > Help > (top of screen) > TV Speed test

Does this complete ok?

Then follow Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network > Connect to Virgin Media Services now

Give the box perhaps 5-10minutes, and retry OnDemand. Any joy?

Everything checked out ok i was even able to sign into my account at 8.30pm on 2nd February 2021 how long it will last is anyone's guess as I said I've been putting up with these issues for 6 months and being charged for the privilege. Next time I have a TV on demand issue I'll try the speed test .
