called tonight to cancel my tv package (which I have been trying to do since March). Went through the ivr menu and selected make changes to my package, waited 40 mins to finally speak to someone only to be told "oh i can't help you and will need to place you on hold while I transfer you to another department". 40 minutes to be told I need to hold longer. If there is a specific department I need to speak to in order to cancel then why is there not an option for this in your IVR. Absolute joke, not all of us have the time to sit on hold whilst paying you £80+ pm!!
