Virgin sent an email “Service and repairs at no extra cost” LOL that’s because there’s no service or repair
I have had an issue with my TV for months now and talked to a bot for eight days still no good
I can see your posts from Nov last year where it was suggested you may have an issue with your TiVo, or perhaps should look at a new bundle/V6 swap.
Did you not follow that up? It was 8weeks ago.

I spent 8 days on phone only 3 days did I get to speak to someone they keep telling me they will send a fix somehow. think I’ll buy a tv recorder and cancel my tv none service
Sorry, but I'm not clear what you mean by "send a fix somehow".
Virgin told me that they could fix it from their side. I think it is just so I will get fed up and go away. I am now looking at alternatives
