Tonight my stv channels 103 and 113 disappeared. I have only been a customer since just before Christmas and now feel I should be able to cancel as they have changed my package without warning - any thoughts?
It'll have moved to 103 and recordings will be playable. I'd be very surprised if there wasn't a caption on 113 telling you this
Saw someone on another forum talking about this on the weekend. I assume you looked while the work was being done. These things don't happen by magic and would have had to disappear and re-appear
You were trying to watch during the changeover. It’ll be OK now.
Taking the box in & then out of standby usually implements any channel changes the box has waiting to go.
Smithsonian Channel HD should also have appeared on 295 for all customers overnight.
