SMT-C7100: use to stream from V6 box?

Recently discovered an old smt-c7100 tivo box in the roof space and was wondering can it be used to stream recordings from our current V6 box in the other room?

I don't have mulit-room (and can't justify the £7.50pm for it as it would be rarely used) but was wondering if I hooked up the smt-c7100 via ethernet to the Hub would it be able to stream recordings made on the V6 box?

You can’t use the box at all as it is no longer on an active and paid for subscription.

Even if you started paying for Multi-room, you would still be sent a new box. The old one is no longer on your account so a) is no longer authorised, & b) you won’t be able to “see” it from your existing box as the data required for inter-box streaming comes from your account, not the box.
