My remote for my TiVo box (rounded older style) is not working properly in that some of the buttons are faulty. Have tried everything that is on the web changed batteries/reset it but still not working. Would like a replacement remote please. This has got to be one of the most frustrating support structures I have ever used! Why isn’t there just a ‘order a replacement remote’ button? Thank you
To order a new remote you need the TV Faults option when dialling 150 from a Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues
Or you could try the text messaging service. Just send a text with a description of new remote to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days.
