I added this by mistake - and have been trying to remove it. So far Virgin has been useless.
You are able to add services using their website - however, you can't remove a service online - maybe you need to fix this
I appreciate times a bit difficult but I can't get through by phone. I sent an email complaint a while ago. I eventually got a letter yesterday saying they had tried to get in touch - which they hadn't - it then gave me the SMS service which I tried today. Initially, it seemed to work - but when I was put through to the correct team it all fell apart - it has been 5 hours now and no response
So I still have a service I want to remove - and it seems impossible to get anything back from Virgin
