If u contact us through our live chat, they should be able to help you with this by getting one sent to you, or send a service engender to replace it. In the mean time, if u are useing a v6 tv box. if u go to settings, devices, remote pairing. Check the remote is paired with the box, if it is not pair it using the walk through. If it is u can try to unpair then repair using the walk through on the screen.
