Refund

Hi I'm due a refund on my old account, I'm still a virgin media customer but unfortunately due to problems on old account virgin was easier closing old account and setting a new one up.  I've not received my refund yet and wondering if someone can have a look at account to see if a cheque been sent yet or the money is away back to my bank account?

Thanks for posting. 

 

Any refunds owed are sent out 35 days via cheque refund after the disconnection of an account. Has it been passed this time?

Thank you for confirming, when everything was disconnected did you receive a final bill in the post stating the refund amount?

My apologies for the delayed reply. Based on the dates you've given, you should receive the cheque no later than the 25th September 2020. As it's 35 days after disconnection it's sent and can take 14 days to receive.
