How do I get refund/compensation for TV service I haven’t had for 3weeks.
my TV ceases wirling over three weeks ago. Spent hours trying to resolve. Had new box, new remote and nothing. There was a fault in the area but it’s still not working and I’ve now cancelled it effective from August 10th, I feel justified in wantIng recompensed for the fact I’m not still not receiving The service I’m paying for. I can’t be fagged spending another 3 hours on the phone trying to resolve the TV issue.
How and who can I speak to that has the authority to do this?
