Refund for an on demand film we were unable to watch?
Is there any way to get a refund on an on demand film we were unable to watch, without having to ring customer services?
We rented 1917 last weekend but repeatedly received an error saying on demand services not available and to try later. We had this same problem with another film a few weeks previous and it took a while to get through to speak to someone for a refund.
We were also told that a new signal would be sent to our box to avoid this problem in future but with it happening again I guess we can't use on demand any longer? Don't want to have to go through this every time we try and rent a film.
