I have been trying to ring many times since 18th or March and cannot get through to anyone, I am wanting to reduce my package.

I cant get onto the online chat.
I believe at that time the online chat was down. If you attempt now it should be up and running

I've been onto the online chat now 5 times, no one ever replies..stayed on the phone with the chat open for over an hour and no one replied. No one EVER replies.
