Reduce package & slow speed

Hi,

Ive been trying for a few weeks for someone at Virgin to contact me, phone twice and left a message by text as requested on FB. 
mid like to reduce my package and also speak about my Broadband as it drops out and doesn’t seem to be the speed I signed up for. 
I’ve also found that our mobile phones work better on the 4G than on the WiFi.
