Reduce media package

Since 11th April, I have been trying to contact Virgin to reduce the amount of channels. We are happy with broadband, hardly ever use the phone, but am fed up of paying £88 per month for tv channels we never watch. Seem to be going round on circles with this text message system, asking me the same questions time and time again. Why isn't there an option online to downgrade your media package?

Unfortunately we aren't able to help with any package changes via the forums, we appreciate it is difficult to get through on the phone at the moment due to the current situation.
