Hi, can someone help. All of my recordings are pixellated and juddery. I have checked all the cables and rebooted the box but hasn’t improved.

Looking at a few things from here, Your hub has been online for over 50 days
Can you please power down both V6 box and Hub for a few minutes
Power back up and see if the pixelation improves
