To cut a long story short - no-one has come to install my virgin TV box and I cannot get through to anyone on the phone and the website and app just keep me in a never ending loop of fault fixing.
Can anyone from Virgin help? If not can I get bin this kit and go with another provider?
If you received a box, you would’ve been expected to install it yourself.
If you book a manned install, the engineer would bring the kit.

Thanks Ernie but you're the first to mention that. I'll have another go but it hasn't worked before, hopefully it will work now.
