I have a similar problem on all my HD channels.

I'm based in Central London and this problem is not solved.

I've got this problem with all my HD channels. 

 

I have done:

- reset the box

- changed HDMI cable

- Tested other services work sufficiently (and they all do so it is not the TV problem)

- text Virgin media - no response

- called 150 and was told to call again in 24 hours time

- rung after the allotted 24 hours and didn't get a response after being on hold for 2 hours.

 

No idea what is left to do

Check by calling 0800 5610061 that there's no reported issues in your area. If there's not, then there's a fault that VM don't know about - which could be your box, your cabling or somewhere else - but you will likely need an engineer visit or replacement box.

TV Faults on 150/0345 4541111 should be your next port of call. You may get lucky with calling through tonight, not sure when they close on Sundays.

I tried calling back yesterday twice but after waiting over an hour the call disconnects automatically. i'm on hold right now and I have been for over 20 minutes.
