I have same issues for past week. I've just done a clear and reset box. And it's not loading anything
Netflix and TV work just not Virgin Help menu, BBC iPlayer, and YouTube.
I either get an Error A10 message, or the screen goes black and I have to plug the power plug out.
Have you tried changing the resolution to a lower one in the app itself?
This can sometimes fix this.

Can't even launch the app. I'm on a 4k TV so it's not a resolution issue.
Been on phone for a couple of hours it's apprently a fault on the Network and they are looking into it.
