I am getting audio description whilst listening to a program on catch up. I have followed the instructions given but the description is still happening.

It has never happened before & as far as I can see it is only happening on All creatures great & small which is on channel 5

I can't check my box at the moment, but in the past you've been able to disable Audio Description on C5 VOD by toggling it off/on during playback a couple of times. It's then remembered the setting until next time you reboot.

I've just loaded up All Creatures Great & Small (HD) from On demand. The audio description wasn't on. 

I had to turn the audio description on by pressing the Info button (you can turn it off using the same method)

Also tried it via the My5 app and there was no audio description.

You should also double check in Help & Settings > Default Audio Language   that it's set to English and not Audio Description.

I have rebooted both the hub & Tivo box, Checked that Audio description is turned off but when I tried the program again the Audio description was still happening.

I've checked this programme on my V6, all as normal with no AD..

It would be interesting to see whether other C5 programmes are affected on your box, or if this is a one-off.

Looking at other programs on channel 5 it appears this is the only one with audio description.

Also it is a TIVO box that I have so I wonder if that is the cause.
