I've moved your post to a new thread rather than add to one not active since last May 😉
If you added new channels or changed for package online, it can take 1-2 days to actually change. If you made any changes by phone, it should be effective immediately.
Try following Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels- to ensure your box's guide reflects your account package.
