I'm having the same problem. I have managed to work out it's the co-ax cable connector at the back of the Tivo box and had a an electrician verify that. I can sort it out temporarily by tipping the box up so it is front face down and then fiddling about with the connection.
However I can't get through to anyone to speak to about it. Going round in circles too,
If you have a service fault, the process is the same as ever.
150 from a VM phone or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.
Follow the options for "I have a fault with my TV service". Then ignore all the other options for "going online", get a text message and whatever else... press nothing, and wait for a faults agent to answer
