I’ve been having problems with my virgin TV and V6 box, particularly on demand, but recorded programmes as well, for months. My V6 box was changed and set up by an engineer, but it’s still disfunctional. I’ve also cancelled my Amazon Prime as this simply will not work with the V6 box. Despite countless attempts to get all this fixed, it’s still not working so today I cancelled my virgin tv subscription and have gone over to Sky. They offered me a really good deal during the phone call. It remains to be seen if this is going to be more reliable.
