Both our boxes are heavily pixellated and we are unable to see or hear anything sensible ... I have tried everything that was listed and absolutely no improvement ... Due to Covid, there is no staff there to help and apparently no problems in our area (South Wales) ... I can't have any more remote testing carried out because I have already tried six times which is all that is allowed till tomorrow ... Our internet is working OK ... I guess I will have to try again tomorrow ... I don't know whether it is a problem in our street, in Neath/Port Talbot area, in South Wales or in the whole of the UK ... Can't find anything out !!!

I've moved your posts to a new thread 😉

You can check for known issues in your area by calling 0800 5610061, which often lists faults down to street level.

Otherwise C/S lines reopen at 8am in the morning to report your fault.
