Re: How to speak to someone re fault on tv AGAIN

It's the cbbc channels, they are pixelated, have been like this for over 2 weeks now, tried numerous things. I feel as these haven't resulted in a fix they shld now be sending a tech out. I'm a childminder and kids moaning no kids tv lol

Re: How to speak to someone re fault on tv AGAIN

You've not actually said what the TV fault with your kids channels is?

Is it that you've recently made a change to your TV package, and you've lost access to the chargeable channels such as Boomerang, Cartoon Network etc? 😉

Re: How to speak to someone re fault on tv AGAIN

Is your issue account specific? Or do you have a service fault?

Re: How to speak to someone re fault on tv AGAIN

Hi lalagirl,

You need to contact the Faults team.

You could try the text messaging service. Just send  a text with a description of TV Faults to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days.

You can also call  150 from a Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, options 1,1 and 2 (Faultsbut best to call at 8am to avoid call queues

When calling Faults you will go through a series of questions/tests, if that doesn't resolve the problem then call back around 10 minutes later and an agent should pick the phone up.

What has VM tried by means of fixing this far? Out of interest, do you have any issues with BBC4-HD?

Have you told them it's not worked?
