This forum isn't a direct alterntive to calling Virgin to report service faults, I'd recommend you call.
150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from another phone - choose the options for "I have a fault with my TV service"

This is primarily a user-community forum, if you want to contact Virgin to report a pixellation fault, you are strongly recommended to call as I advised in my previous post.
