I am also affected by this issue. Have contacted technical support digitally without any reply and am unable to spend hours on hold to call. Can someone organise a new set top box to be sent out please?

As with all faults issues on this board, you just need to be aware that responses from VM staff can take anywhere from a few days to a week.
I don't recommend giving up on calling through to C/S in the meantime. If you try perhaps earlier in the day you may get through quicker.
