Problems with vbox

  • My sons vbox has a home screen saying it’s now a TiVo . No channels are working. Asking to restart TiVo, when it’s a vbox? Confused.

It's not a vbox, it's either a tivo or a tivo v6

Hi Almik,

From the Help pages tv-error-codes/c130 

You will need to reboot your TV box, to do this simply turn it off and on again

 If that doesn't work page 2 advises

Step 2 - Connect to your Virgin Media Service

Using your TV box remote:

  1. Select the home button
  2. Use the directional buttons to select Help & Settings
  3. Select Settings
  4. Select Network
  5. Select Connection in progress: get status or Connect to the Virgin Media Service no

And if that fails you need to contact TV Faults.

You could try the text messaging service. Just send  a text with a description of TV Faults  to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days. 

You can also call  150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, options 1,1 and 2 (faultsbut best to call at 8am to avoid call queues
