Problem with channels

Been watching tv loads since lockdown, so been following a lot of programming. I was watching tv tonight, and all of sudden it disconnected and said it wasn't authorised. Not sure why, and confused why I'm actually paying for if channels I watch don't work now.

Yeah happened to me at 0100, taken off discoveryhd skyhistory lifetimehd tlchd.
Joined 2 weeks ago with mixit package.

These TV channels are not included in your package and were being provided free for a limited period of time to provide customers on lower packages with more choice during the lockdown.

If you want to check which channels are included with your package, see here.

You can contact VM on 150 if you wish to upgrade your package to another that includes the channels that are no longer being made available to you for free.

Hello

Which TV package are you on, some channels were given for free during the lockdown and these have now stopped.

Have a look at https://www.virginmedia.com/virgin-tv-edit/tips-and-tricks/virgin-tv-channel-guide which shows what channels you get on each package.
