Problem with box

Iv had mr virgin media in god approx 8-10 years now , I have a problem with the main box it keeps cutting off when watching catch up or on demand. Iv tried the troubleshooting suggestions and my signal is fine I think it’s to do with the box itself . Carnt get hold of anyone from virgin to even ask for a replacement or to look at it as every thing has ground to a halt with covid . Any suggestions I feel like I’m paying money for nothing and I’m about to leave

Welcome to our community and thanks for posting. Sorry to hear that you're having issues with our TV services. You advised you have performed diagnostics already and the problem persist.

 

Can we ask what trouble shooting diagnostics you have already tried? Also what TV box you have with us? Is it the V6 or Tivo STB?

 

Does the issue only appear with our catch and on demand services or is it on all other channels?
