Problem with Virgin TV Go on Google Chrome, help please!

Every time I clear the browsing history on my laptop, the next time I log in it says I have exceeded the number of devices even though this was previously used. I’ve noticed if I don’t clear the history it doesn’t cause this. However I do every so often. Can’t see why this would cause an issue anyway? Currently I can’t replace the device (with the same device) until 1st Nov! Please help...

Hello

Clearing the browsing history also removes any cookies on the system, when you sign in to the TV Go website/app it creates a small file on your system called a cookie to register the Machine.
