I followed the procedures for ordering PPV football but alas 'service unavailable' and despite calling and emaling I couldnt watch the game, not a single minute. These things happen. My issue is that despite me contacing VM by email and live chat the £14.95 fee is on my account and your operative has offered me first 50% off and then £10 off. For a service I received 0% of. A position I find unacceptable.
I was also told I could not be provided with an email address of a manager who I hope could sort out what is, on the face of it, a very easy issue to resolve. Who can I email please?
