Poor tv reception

  • Hi for about 8weeks now I've been suffering with a distorted picture and loss of signal know my V6 box, my TiVo box upstairs work fine its just the v6 box that affected. I had an engineer visit a few weeks back who increased the strength of my signal but the issue came back after a couple of days, I've since been on here again, called and sent texted messages but have been unable to get my issue Resolved. 
  • Can someone please advise my cancellation options and virgin are obviously unable to provide me with the service I'm paying for.

Thanks for posting. I am sorry for the TV issues. From running a check on our systems, I can see you've spoke to the team since posting and we've got an engineer visit booked in.
