Poor service

After almost an hour waiting on the phone waiting to speak to a human ( this seems the norm) to explain that my 86 year old mother had not been getting the service she has been paying for due to obsolete machinery the kind VM mechanic replaced the box only for this to malfunction again within hours. VM box is showing "starting up". 

My mothers metal health has suffered bad enough due to Covid19 and her only enjoyment is her TV. 

This sort of service is totally unacceptable so an apology on her will not be accepted.

I suggest this needs sorting ASAP
