How can a company run, when customers can't contact anyone to discuss problem we are having.
Our TV box is constant resetting itself, the WiFi no longer connects to our WiFi bulbs or printer.
This seems to have become an issue when they tried to upgrade the broadband speed the other week and everything went to [REMOVED] .
My guess is that they are using Covid as an excuse not to staff customer services.
