we upgraded our package in September 2019. Top oomph package sky sports and movies in HD.
because I only had a scart lead to my tv the new v6 would not fit ,no problem.
i have since laid the nessesary HDMI cable but have had nothing but trouble with virgin trying to get the new box I was promised.
they sent me a “ new box” manufactured in 2012 this morning. How poor is that for customer service.
my own is a 2016.
several calls later I have been promised a new V6 box this week.
replaced my original box now has a error 7400 another call to virgin hasn’t cleared it.
i now only have three tv channels BBC1 ITV AND CHANNEL FOUR.
its really not good enough for the money I pay
All new (or used !!) VM equipment needs "activation". Did you do that?Even if you did its worth calling it again on - 0800 953 9500
