Are you able to give any more information on your pixellation issue?

Sorry, It's a little too pixellated to divine at the moment.
Can you confirm if it's only on certain channels, if so which ones? Does it affect catch up, or apps such as Amazon or Netflix?

I have rebooted unit twice, I have move my two boxes around, the fault follows the older box
In which case you need to call Virgin to report your box fault.
150 from a VM landline, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.

I am sorry to hear you're having issues with your TV service. When you say it's an older box do you mean it's the original TiVo? You can see the difference here
