I’m posting on behalf of my elderly mother in law. she has an account for the past 4 years with no communication at all. Moshe has just realised she is paying £100 per month!
im trying in vain to speak with someone through phone and online.
phone- eventually got through to a person who hung up after hours. online - in a loop changing passwords
It feels like a deliberate attempt to stop her cancelling the account.
can a moderated help? Please
Another 90 mins on calls. spoke to an operator who offered a new rate, I declined and asked to get through to cancellations. put me through, waited 20 minutes it then rang twice and cut me off again!!!!
