I urgently need a response to my email which I sent to the credit file amendments, I can not wait 14 days, I am trying to secure a mortgage and will lose my house if this is not sorted out
I am afraid that the team you want to contact are not available to speak to customers by phone, the 14 days is that the team have to do an investigation and is in line with the industry standard.
