Im suffering pixelation on some of the channels. Particularly channel 5. Box has been reset but not helped
Pixellation on live TV often means you have a signal fault.
Check by calling 0800 5610061, whether there's any known area issues. If nothing's listed, and a reboot hasn't solved it, then I'd call VM Faults to report your issues.
You're likely to need an engineer visit or replacement box.
