All night both of my tivo boxes have been pixellating really bad and there is no one at Virgin to speak to？I have turned off the boxes and also reset the router to no avail.
Any ideas how I can speak to an actual person to get an engineer come out to fix the issue ？

Not just you, not sure how widespread, but certainly much of Bolton from what I'm reading.

Yeah just seen on local Facebook pages, its been horrendous tonight. Let's hope they resolve it for us cos we're gonna need a good service if we're in Lockdown again.
