Pixelation

My TV service is constantly pixellating on numerous TV channels. This has been going on for a number of weeks now for it to be a fault. I’ve tried rebooting but it doesn’t work. The broadband also keeps cutting out constantly all day & night, every day. I’m paying £70 a month for a rubbish service. I’ve text 3 times & no-one has bothered to respond. Disgusting service.

If you've rebooted your box once and the symptoms remain, then that sounds very much like a signal fault to me. If it's a known fault, it should be listed on 0800 5610061, but if it's been happening a while, I'd assume then you may be the only customer affected (possibly a cabling or box fault) and VM don't know about it.

Call TV Faults and report it - 150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.
