I know lots of people have this issue but Virgin can you please assist. We are all paying for a service with quality, not pixelation. Have re-booted boxes, checked cables etc. I have 2 boxes both same issues at the same time. Not always sound though.
Hi this normally a signal level issue, it is one problem where phoning is best because they can check while you are on the line to see if that is the case and then arrange an engineer to ajust the levels. Regards Micky
